An administrative staff member dispatched to Pinochle's Old Maid branch as a chaperone for "High Card." He is in charge of everything from serving tea, cleaning, and servicing cars to transmitting orders to the head office. He is called "Ji-chan" and "Mr. Bernard" by the members. He is also Leo's caretaker.
