ONE SHOT is the first episode of the anime series High Card.
Synopsis[]
A blond-haired young man is looking for people on the street. His name is Finn Oldman.
In order to save Sun Fields Orphanage from the landlord, he uses his exceptional eyesight to pickpocket and raise money.
However, the pawn shop refuses to buy his stolen items. Instead, the shop owner says he can consider the "card" that Finn carries with him, to which Finn replies "I can't give you this card".
Finn then goes to the casino Bell Land in Lozenge County to get rich quick. However, this action leads him to a strange fate.
